Tommy Lavery, Jaydon Jones and Ben Crompton were also on target for Graeme Murty’s side as they dominated throughout against a Tamworth side who are currently 15th in the Conference table.
Ogunsuyi opened the scoring in the second minute when he deflected a Jenson Jones shot into the net.
Lavery doubled Sunderland’s lead after just 13 minutes when he hit the post from the centre of the penalty area.
Tamworth scored just before half-time, capitalising on a mistake by Black Cats goalkeeper Kelechi Chibueze, but the young Sunderland side continued to dominate the second half.
Ogunsuyi scored his second goal three minutes before the end of the second half when he redirected the ball after a shot from Jewison Bennette.
Reserve Jaydon Jones added a fourth goal within minutes of coming off the bench, and Crompton scored the final goal six minutes from the end when he rounded off a deft pass with a side-footed shot from close range.
