MusaReplacing Ange Postecoglou at Nottingham Forest was always going to be a doddle for Sean Dyche.
The Australian boss didn’t win a single game in charge at the City Ground and will go down as one of the worst managers in the club’s history.
Dyche just gets Forest. After a recent win, he was offered the chance to wax lyrical about himself, and instead, he simply said, ‘It’s about this badge, isn’t it?’, pointing to the club crest upon his shirt. Take note, Ange.
After overseeing a 1-0 win over Wolves, Dyche has now suggested that one player is thriving under his influence more than he did under Postecoglou, suggesting there is also more to come.

If there is one thing Dyche has done, it’s installed a winning mentality again, and he’s certainly made Forest a tougher nut for opposing teams to crack.
Not only that, but Dyche has given players confidence, and clearly the group are buying into his methods both on the training ground and in matches.
Omari Hutchinson is one of the players who has thrived under Dyche, and after he set up the winning goal, the head coach suggested he’s managed to do something that Postecoglou couldn’t.
He said in his press conference: “I thought he did (take his chance). I still think there’s more to come, I think he can develop.
“He looks more at home in the Forest way of working since we have been here. At first, he was quite quiet, and I think he was working things out.
“But he’s shown a good sign he wants to activate. And the work off the ball tonight, which managers and coaches notice more than anyone, was terrific at times.
“We know he’s got the ability and we know he can run at people and affect games so we’re pleased for that side of things.”
Hutchinson deserves a run of games for Forest
Forest have missed Anthony Elanga this season and in recent weeks, Hutchinson has shown flashes that he can provide the excitement that has been missed in his absence.
Dan Ndoye and Callum Hudson-Odoi haven’t really hit their straps this season and as a result, there doesn’t feel much reason not to let Hutchinson keep the place in the team.
Last night was his first Premier League start, and although he wasn’t quite as mesmerising as he has been from the bench, he was still lively and carved out the chance for the winning goal.
Hutchinson is the club’s record signing but the price tag isn’t on him. He’s recovered extremely well after his confidence was knocked under the two previous managers this season and perhaps Dyche is the perfect gaffer for him.
