Brown had been considered a potential replacement for Rayan Aït-Nouri, who joined Manchester City after five influential years at Wolves—initially on loan before making a permanent impact. Aït-Nouri’s departure leaves a major void, given his contributions in both attack and defense.
Another option Wolves could explore is El Hadji Malick Diouf, a long-standing fan favorite who remains available from Slavia Prague despite interest from West Ham. His arrival would provide strong competition at left-back, especially with Hugo Bueno returning from his loan spell at Feyenoord.
