MusaDominic Calvert-Lewin has described Wayne Rooney’s return as the most ‘surreal’ moment he ever experienced at Everton.
Calvert-Lewin did an interview with CBS Golazo, and it finished with him having to name his five-a-side team, made up of former teammates.
He went with all Everton players; Jordan Pickford, James Rodriguez, Ademola Lookman, Richarlison and finally Rooney.
Rooney, of course, started out at Everton before leaving for Manchester United.
After a highly successful 13 years at United, Rooney came back to Goodison Park for one season, which was a moment that Calvert-Lewin will never forget.

Recalling Rooney’s return in 2017, Calvert-Lewin said: “Wayne Rooney, the legend. I had to put him in there.
“He was at the backend of his career when he joined Everton. But you could still see his quality, his technical ability and his desire as well. Just the way that he played and not changed.
“That was probably the most surreal moment when he walked into the dressing room at Everton, you know, being a young boy watching Wazza play and then he walked in the dressing room. It was a pleasure to play with him.”
How did Rooney get on in his second spell at Everton?
Rooney was 31 when he re-signed for Everton and he was clearly past his prime.
That said, he still had several impactful performances for the Toffees in the 2017/18 season.
He actually made 40 appearances for the club across all competitions, and scored 11 goals, 10 of those coming in the Premier League.
He also chipped in with a couple of assists.
