MusaArsenal is preparing for its return to the Premier League this weekend after the international break.
On Saturday, the Gunners take on Nottingham Forest at the Emirates Stadium, who are returning to the Premier League after a two-week break in the calendar year.Mikel Arteta will have to prepare for the game against Forest with several members of the squad sidelined with injuries.Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice and Leandro Trossard are on the list of players injured just before or during the November international break.
Arteta will give the media an update on his team’s fitness at a pre-match press conference at London Colney later this week.

Bukayo Saka suffered a knock in Arsenal’s match against Chelsea before the international break.
Due to the injury, Saka was withdrawn from the England squad during the international break, but it is not yet clear whether the Gunners number 7 will be available for this weekend’s clash with Forest.
“It doesn’t look good because for two such important players to tell you they can’t continue [against Chelsea], of course it’s not good news,”
Arteta said on 10 November when asked about Saka’s injury.

Declan Rice was also substituted during the draw with Chelsea after breaking his toe in recent weeks.Like Saka, Rice has also been withdrawn from the England squad due to injury.

Leandro Trossard has emerged as a potential injury problem for Arsenal during the international break.
Trossard was withdrawn on Sunday night during Belgium’s 1-0 defeat to Israel and Arsenal now face a nervous wait to find out whether the striker will be available for this weekend’s meeting with Forest.

Ben WhiteBen White is sidelined following a minor operation for an injury he suffered earlier this month.White underwent the procedure following joint problems in recent weeks, but it is not known how long the defender is expected to be sidelined.

Takehiro Tomiyasu has made just one start for Arsenal this season after injuring his knee.
The defender has not played for the Gunners since the beginning of October. Arteta said he does not expect Tomiyasu to return before the November international break, but it is not yet clear whether he will be available for this weekend’s match against Forest.

Riccardo Calafiori has been out for the last few weeks with a knee injury.Arteta confirmed at the end of October that Calafiori would be out for “a few weeks” due to injury. Arsenal therefore hope that the defender will recover in time to play against Forest this weekend.
