BAD NEWS: Arsenal Hit by MAJOR injury woes ahead of inform Nottingham Forest clash

Arsenal is preparing for its return to the Premier League this weekend after the international break.

On Saturday, the Gunners take on Nottingham Forest at the Emirates Stadium, who are returning to the Premier League after a two-week break in the calendar year.Mikel Arteta will have to prepare for the game against Forest with several members of the squad sidelined with injuries.Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice and Leandro Trossard are on the list of players injured just before or during the November international break.

Arteta will give the media an update on his team’s fitness at a pre-match press conference at London Colney later this week.

Bukayo Saka suffered a knock in Arsenal’s match against Chelsea before the international break.

Due to the injury, Saka was withdrawn from the England squad during the international break, but it is not yet clear whether the Gunners number 7 will be available for this weekend’s clash with Forest.

“It doesn’t look good because for two such important players to tell you they can’t continue [against Chelsea], of course it’s not good news,”

Arteta said on 10 November when asked about Saka’s injury.

Declan Rice was also substituted during the draw with Chelsea after breaking his toe in recent weeks.Like Saka, Rice has also been withdrawn from the England squad due to injury.
